Jamel Shabazz has spent the past 30 years (and counting) documenting his community and the people who gave it life. On top of being well-known in the magazine world, he has also spent 20 years working as a NYC Corrections officer.
Tonight, DUMBO’s lofty PowerHouse Arena launches Seconds of My Life, a retrospective book and exhibit in conjunction with VH1’s Hip-Hop Honors Weekend.
